Locally-owned (as the name suggests) unlike other shops in the 967/1626 area. Brad and Thomas were both extremely friendly, and listened intently to my concerns. When my alignment couldn't be locked in due to a bad inner tie rod, they didn't charge me a dime even though the alignment technician spent hours trying to get it right. I really appreciate the attention to detail and honesty here, and will be back as soon as I get my new tie rods in and for any other work I can't do myself in the future.

Well trying to figure out y My temperature gage inside My truck keeps on sticking after a day or two after getting out of shop for the fourth time I really trust these guys but this summer heat sucks when you don't have ac in your vehicle cause temperature gage keeps sticking taking it in for fifth time and leaving My vehicle there until it's get fixed where it won't stick anymore

I had a lawnmower tire that had a slow leak. I talked with Thomas and he said they don't normally repair small tires like that but he said bring it down and he's take a look at it. They repaired my tire and didn't charge me. I will definitely be returning to this for work on my vehicles. I enjoy doing business with locally owned businesses that are willing to help people.

Upon my arrival, Brad and the female who assisted me (sorry didn't catch her name), were both so welcoming. Not to mention, this is the cleanest automotive shop I've ever been in and it smelt so clean and nice looking. I enjoyed the fact that before they put my tires back on they called me outside to show me my brake pads and rotors, etc.. I didn't have to ask for them to reset my oil change button or put a sticker on my car. It had already been done. Hands down, the best service and most welcoming shop that even let me watch the Maury show. 🤣🙌 I'll definitely be back. Thanks Local Automotive.
